BOOKINGS

A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. You will receive confirmation once the deposit is made.

Your deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to appointments for the booking fee to be transferred to a new date and time.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit will be retained, and a new fee must be paid to secure a new appointment.

FAILURE TO ATTEND AN APPOINTMENT

Clients who fail to attend their appointment with no prior notice, will lose their deposit and will be required to pay in full for future appointments at the time of booking.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment and there isn't sufficient time to carry out your treatment, you will lose your deposit.
